Monday, February 3, 2020 is the Feast of Saint Blaise. We will have a Blessing of the Throats at the 8:00am & 5:30pm Masses. This annual blessing of throats is a traditional sign of the struggle against illness in the life of the Christian. St. Blaise was a physician and Bishop of Sebaste, Armenia. He lived in a cave on Mount Argeus and was a healer of men and animals. According to legend, sick animals would come to him on their own for help, but would never disturb him at prayer.

Learn about your faith & Discover a natural method of family planning that goes beyond the physical. Natural Family Planning will be taught by the Couple to Couple League as a series of 3 classes beginning at 10am on Saturday February 1st in the Ministry Center on Eaton Ave. The method taught, the Sympto-Thermal Method, is safe & highly effective, a far cry from the calendar or rhythm method.
