This year the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary falls on Sunday, December 8, 2019. The Sunday Liturgy precedes this Solemnity, therefore, the Immaculate Conception will be celebrated on Monday, December 9th. It is NOT a Holy Day of Obligation.
