MINISTRY OF CARING needs volunteers to train and serve in the ministry. We try to support the faith of those who are sick and homebound and help them feel part of the Body of Christ in St. Bernard's parish. Help is also needed with our two SENIOR CELEBRATIONS. SR. MARLENE will be speaking at Sunday Masses February 4, 5 and MARTHA SERGURA will be speaking at all Spanish Masses that weekend. Sign-up forms are available on the parish website - and will be available during that weekend. PLEASE make sure to get a form and turn it in as soon as possible. *** Our parish has already donated over 12,000 diapers!!! Thank you for your support *** Please join our St. Bernard's parish community in donating diapers to the Pregnancy Resource Center this month. The Center provides over 23,000 diapers annually to those families in need as part of its ministry. Please drop off your diaper donation by Friday, January 20th to the Parish Office or bring to Mass on the weekend. The Center especially needs diapers in sizes 4 and 5.
Vacation Bible School is soon approaching! The theme for 2017 is "Super Hero Training Camp!" Mark your calendar for June 12-16, 2017...9:00am-12:00pm. REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON MAY 24TH. The participant will be entertained throughout the day by watching plays taken from the Bible, making crafts, learning songs, playing games, snack, recesses, and faith sharing. More info...
