Tribunal Assistant
The Tribunal Office is seeking a part-time assistant to provide support to all Tribunal personnel in processing petitions for Annulments, Dissolutions, and Documentary Processes.
Qualifications include: excellent computer skills; knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook; excellent writing skills; high level of organization, ability to manage priorities and multitask efficiently; ability to work in a highly confidential environment; ability to work independently and follow additional instruction assigned by the Judicial Vicar; present professionalism as well as a welcoming voice and face to callers and visitors to the Tribunal; proven ability to work collaboratively and harmoniously with others. Bilingual ability is desired but not required.

Catholic Schools Office Administrative Assistant
The Catholic Schools Office is seeking an administrative assistant to provide administrative and general secretarial support to the Director for Catholic Schools and Curriculum and Instruction Coordinator.
Qualifications include: successful experience working as an administrative assistant; self-motivated with the ability to work independently; excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of G Suite apps and Outlook; strong communication skills, both oral and written; high level of organization, ability to manage priorities and multitask efficiently; ability to work in a highly confidential environment; present professionalism as well as a welcoming voice and face to callers and visitors; proven ability to work collaboratively.
