Blessing of the Animals
 

When: Saturday, October 8
Time: 12:00PM - 12:30PM (blessing takes half an hour only)
Place: Holy Family Center (12100 Valpico Rd.)

This simple and beautiful tradition is short and sweet.  You can bring a chair to sit during the blessing, which takes 30 minutes, prayers start at 12 noon, if families come after 12:30 they will miss the priest. The priest walks around the grass area and gets all the pets "wet" blessed with holy water.  All pets are welcome and must be on a leash or their crate, to protect and respect all animals.
